Labels and managers

Several releases. One plan.

HousePulse promotes record labels and DJ management in house, techno and garage. When you have a roster and a release calendar, every release gets its own campaign across our genre-focused accounts, worked to the budget you set for it, and the whole roster sits in one client account.

How a roster campaign works

One way of working for every release, so the second and the tenth are as easy to set up as the first.

  • One agreement

One short agreement covers how we work together. Each release then runs as its own project in your client account, with its own plan, invoice and figures.

  • A budget per release

You tell us what each release can spend. The fee fits that budget and is spread across the accounts in the plan, so there are no packages and no fixed price list. Each release is invoiced to the label or the management company.

  • A campaign per release

Each release goes out through the accounts that match its sound, house, techno or garage, timed around the release date so the posts land together.

  • The whole roster in one account

Your client account lists every release as a project, with a link to every post, figures per release and combined, and invoices in one place. Figures update every hour.

Around every release date

The plan for each release is explained to you before anything goes out, and nothing starts before the invoice is paid.

  1. Before

Teasers and announcement posts, made from your artwork and clips, or made by us if you want us to make the content.

  2. Release day

The push goes out across the genre accounts in the plan, timed so each post supports the rest.

  3. After

Posts stay live on the accounts they went out on. Every post link is added to the release's project as it goes up, with the figures beside it, and you get a report by email every week.

Managing several artists?

DJ management teams get the same set-up per artist: releases, upcoming dates and roster promotion, each as its own project, so you can see how every artist's campaign is doing without digging through one long thread. We can also make clips, reels and artwork for each DJ, so no one on the roster goes quiet between releases.

What we need from you

The more of this we have up front, the quicker each release can be planned.

  • The release schedule

Dates and links for each release, with pre-save links if you have them.

  • Artwork and audio

The artwork, and a clip or the track itself for teasers.

  • Each artist's profiles

Their socials, Spotify and SoundCloud, so every post points to the right place.

  • A budget per release

What each one can spend, so the plan fits it from the start.

Paid promotion, quoted per release

HousePulse is a paid marketing agency. There are no packages: tell us about the roster and the release calendar in an enquiry and we quote each release to its budget. Nothing starts before the plan has been explained to you and the invoice is paid.

Common questions

Can several releases run at the same time?
Yes. Each release is its own project with its own plan, so two or three releases can run in the same week, on different accounts or on the same accounts at different times.
Do we pay per release or for the whole roster?
Per release. You set the budget for each one, the fee fits that budget, and we invoice the label or the management company for it. There are no packages and no fixed price list.
How do we follow the figures?
In your client account. Every release lists its posts with views, likes, comments, shares and saves, combined across the posts and updated every hour. A weekly email sums it up.
Do you promise views or results?
No. We promise the work: the plan, the posts across the accounts in it, the links and the figures. What a release does from there depends on the track and the crowd.
Which platforms do you use?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, SoundCloud and Spotify, through several accounts on each platform, every one focused on house, techno or garage.
