How we promote
Every platform, many accounts, one plan
Choose a platform to see the part it plays in reaching a house, techno and garage crowd. Then switch between one account and the HousePulse network to see the difference in approach.
On each platform
Made for how people use each app
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and SoundCloud each get content built for the way people actually watch and listen there. The formats, timing and creative we use are kept for our clients. Tell us about your campaign and we will show you the plan.
We work with multiple social media accounts on each platform, and every account is dedicated to one genre: house, techno or garage. Your promotion goes out through the accounts that match your sound, timed so each post supports the rest. That aims it at people who already follow that scene, with the goal of reaching as many of the right viewers as possible, so more people know about what you're promoting.
Genre-focused accountsSeveral accounts dedicated to house, techno or garage carry your campaign on every platform in your plan, not just one page.
One planEvery account works from the same plan, so posts land together instead of competing.
Real accountsNo bots, no fake followers and no fake engagement.
Promotional content
Content made for you
As well as promoting you, we can make your videos, posters and other promotional content, using your photos, footage and artwork and ready for each platform. It's made for your own pages and your promotion, with the aim of getting you the best result we can.
Short videos and reelsVertical edits of your sets, your nights or your venue, cut for reels, TikTok and Shorts.
Posters and flyersArtwork for your next date, sized for feeds and stories.
Announcement artworkGraphics that help a release, a residency or a new night land.
Lineup graphicsLineup reveals that read clearly on a phone, ready for each platform.
Teaser clipsShort clips that build anticipation before a release or an event.
Need something that isn't listed? Ask us: we make other promotional content too. To add content to your campaign, tick I'd also like content made when you start an enquiry.

Campaign builder
Build your campaign
Pick what you need, step by step, and your campaign builds itself as you go. Send it straight to us as your enquiry: everything you choose comes with it, so we can quote accurately.
Tailored to you
Every plan is built around you
Every client is different, so we build each plan, and its quote, around what you need.
Your sizeAn upcoming DJ, a growing event or an established venue: the plan is scaled to fit where you are.
How much advertisingFrom a focused push around one date to a longer campaign, you decide how much promotion runs.
Your platformsOnly the platforms that suit you and your crowd, through the genre-focused accounts that suit your sound.
Your timelineBuilt around your release, your event date or your opening night, with time to build up to it.
Monthly plans
Keep the momentum going
One campaign gets you noticed. Staying in front of the crowd every month is what builds a following. A monthly plan gives you a set amount of promotion every month, agreed with you and quoted to your needs.
For DJs
Regular posts across our genre accounts, so every event, mix and release keeps building on the last.
For venues
A push for every week's lineup, so your nights stay busy all year, not just on the big dates.
For labels and management
Every release and artist on the roster promoted on a steady schedule, all tracked in one client account.
How it works
You choose how many posts a month and which platforms. You can change it as you go, and every post and its figures appear in your client account, updated every hour.
From first message to weekly reports, one plan holds it all together.
Enquiry
Tell us who you are and what you're promoting, then send the photos, videos and artwork that show it best.
Plan
We map one coordinated campaign across the platforms and genre-focused accounts that suit your brief, including any content we'll make, and explain it to you.
Sign
Once the plan has been explained to you and you're happy with it, you create your own client account (every campaign runs through it). There you sign a short agreement and pay. Projects are not started before payment is received.
Launch
Then the plan goes live across those platforms and accounts, timed so each part supports the rest. The posts stay live on the accounts they're shared on.
Report
We report progress by email every week, and your client account shows each project's progress, engagement and invoices, with a link to every post and figures that update every hour.

House, techno and garage live in many places at once: a clip on TikTok, a mix on SoundCloud, a lineup on Instagram, a release on Spotify. Fans move between them, and word travels between accounts as much as between platforms. That's why HousePulse runs promotion as one coordinated plan across platforms, through several accounts on each, every one focused on house, techno or garage, so the same moment is aimed at the right crowd from different angles, rather than going out as one post in one place.
Our story
A passion for house music
HousePulse started with a passion for house music and the DJs who play it. We wanted DJs, whether they're upcoming or mainstream, to have a way to be heard and to show their talent to the world.
We want the same for events and brands: the promoters, party brands and venues putting on nights worth shouting about deserve to be heard too. And it's for the people on the dancefloor, so more of them find those nights and get to enjoy themselves with world-class talent.
What we stand for
How we work
Every campaign is planned with you, run as one plan across the platforms and genre-focused accounts that suit you, and reported on honestly every week.
Scene-firstWe start from the music, the night and the crowd, not a generic marketing template.
CoordinatedEvery platform and every account follows one plan built around your brief.
Straight-talkingClear advice, honest expectations and no promises we can't keep.
Why house, techno and garage
The sounds we know best
We focus on the music we love. Knowing these scenes means knowing where their crowds spend time online, what makes a release or a lineup land, and how word travels between DJs, promoters and fans.
HouseWhere it all started for us, from deep and soulful to tech house: music made for the dancefloor.
TechnoDriving and hypnotic, with crowds who follow their DJs, labels and parties closely.
GarageUK garage's swing and bass, from the classics to a new generation of DJs and nights.

Questions
Something else on your mind? Ask it in your enquiry.
Every campaign is a paid service, quoted to your brief. The cost depends on your size, how much advertising you want, which platforms you need and your timeline. Tell us about it in an enquiry and we'll put together a quote.
It depends on what you're promoting and when it happens. A push around one release or one date can be short and focused, while a residency or a run of nights can go on for longer. We'll suggest a timeline when we plan your campaign with you.
Files and documents that help us show people why they should come to your set, your event or your venue, or get behind your brand: photos, videos, logos, artwork, mixes or tracks, event details, past posters or press, and documents such as a press kit. The more you send, the more we have to work with. See what we need.
Yes. We can make short videos and reels, posters and flyers, announcement artwork, lineup graphics, teaser clips and other promotional content, for your campaign and your own pages. Tick "I'd also like content made" when you send your enquiry.
We work with multiple social media accounts on each platform, and each one focuses on a genre: house, techno or garage. Your promotion goes through the accounts that match your sound, and every one works from the same campaign plan. Posts are timed to support each other instead of competing, with the aim of reaching as many of the right viewers as possible.
No. We work with real accounts: no bots, no fake followers and no bought or fake engagement. All views are organic, with no paid ads or boosted posts. Fake numbers don't bring anyone to your set, your event or your venue.
We work across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, SoundCloud and Spotify. Your plan uses the ones that suit you and your crowd.
Every week by email, with a plain-language update on how each project is going. You can also check in whenever you like through your client account on this website.
Log in to your client account through Client login, in the menu at the top of every page. For each project you'll see its progress as a percentage, its milestones and your current engagement, alongside your invoices, and you can upload files there too. When we start working together, we set up your account with the email address you use with us and email you an invitation to choose your password. Your projects are there as soon as you log in.
Our mission
To get DJs, events, venues and labels in house, techno and garage in front of the people who already love their sound, with real accounts, honest reporting and no fake numbers.
Clients can now read and sign their agreement, pay invoices by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and follow every promo video and its figures in one place.
Join the mailing list at the bottom of any page and we will email you a code for 10% off your first invoice.

How HousePulse collects, uses and looks after personal information when you visit this website, send us an enquiry, work with us or use a client account, and the choices you have. It's written in plain English. If anything is unclear, just ask.
The short version
We collect what you send us, mainly through the enquiry form, plus the basic technical information any website needs to run.
We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run your campaign, make any content you ask for and report on progress.
Client accounts are provided by Supabase, which handles the login, the database and file storage. Signing in keeps you logged in while the site is open, using your browser's session storage. Closing the site logs you out.
We only share it with the services that run this site, our email and client accounts, Stripe if you pay an invoice online, the platforms that carry your campaign if you're a client, and advisers or authorities where the law requires. We never sell it.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no social media pixels. We keep anonymous visit totals ourselves, and, only if you allow cookies, Microsoft Clarity shows us how the site is used (see Visitor counts and Microsoft Clarity below).
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after we were last in touch.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or close your client account, at any time through our enquiry form.
01Who we are
HousePulse is a marketing agency for DJs, events and venues in house, techno and garage. We plan and run coordinated campaigns across social media and music platforms, through accounts focused on each genre, and create promotional content for our clients.
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), HousePulse is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. That means we decide how and why it's used, and we're responsible for looking after it.
We don't have a physical office, so the enquiry form on this website is the way to reach us about anything in this policy.
02What we collect and when
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for:
Your name (required)
Email (required)
Phone (optional)
Who's the campaign for? DJ, Event or Venue (required)
Name of the act, event or venue
Link to music, website or social profile
Platforms: the ones you tick
Goal
Rough budget (optional)
Preferred start date
Promotional content: whether you'd also like content made (optional)
Message
The consent tick: "I agree to be contacted about this enquiry" (required)
Only your name, email, who the campaign is for and the consent tick are required. Everything else is up to you. Please don't put sensitive information, such as details about your health, in your message: we don't need it.
The campaign builder on our Services page doesn't send anything by itself. It fills in the enquiry form for you, and nothing reaches us until you press Send enquiry.
When you message us
If you message us on Instagram or TikTok, we receive whatever you include: usually your name, your email address or account name, your message and any files or links you share. Messages sent on Instagram or TikTok are also handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
If you become a client
We collect the details we need to plan and run your campaign and make any content you ask for: your brief, the files and documents you send us (such as photos, videos, logos, artwork, mixes or tracks, event details, past posters or press, and documents like a press kit), the account handles you share with us, our messages with you, and the billing details we need for invoices and our accounts.
If you have a client account, section 3 explains what it holds.
Technical information
Hosting. Hostinger, which hosts this website, processes your IP address and standard request details (such as the page requested, the time and your browser type) in its server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Fonts. This site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so when a page opens, your browser sends your IP address and basic details about your browser to Google.
Client login page. When you open the client login page, your browser loads the login software from jsDelivr, a public code-delivery network, which receives your IP address and basic browser details to deliver it.
Spam trap. The enquiry form includes a hidden field that people never see. Spam bots tend to fill it in, which lets their submissions be filtered out. It collects nothing about you.
Visitor counts
We count how many times the site and each page are opened, which website sent a visitor here (for example Instagram or Google), whether visitors are on a phone, tablet or computer, what hour of the day they visit, how often our main buttons and links are pressed, and how many forms are sent. These are totals only, kept on our own website for up to 120 days. We do not use cookies for this, we do not store your IP address, and the counts cannot identify you. Your browser's session storage holds one marker so a visit is counted once; it is cleared when you close the tab.
Microsoft Clarity
If you allow cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records how visitors move through the pages, such as clicks, scrolling and which pages are opened, and sets cookies to do so. It hides what is typed into forms by default. It is not loaded at all if you decline cookies, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. Clarity is provided by Microsoft, which handles this information under its own privacy statement.
Mailing list
If you sign up to the mailing list in the site footer, or tick "keep me updated" on an enquiry, we keep your email address so we can send you occasional HousePulse emails about new services, openings and news. When you join, we also email you a code for 10% off your first invoice, and we keep a note of which email addresses have used it so each address can use it once. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to leave through the enquiry form.
Search and help assistant
The Search and help panel searches this site in your own browser. If you ask the assistant a question, your question is sent to our website so it can answer. When AI answers are switched on, the question (and the last few messages of that chat) is passed to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the reply. We do not ask for or need personal details there, so please do not type any. We keep only a short-lived count of questions to prevent misuse, not the questions themselves.
Reviews
If you leave a review, we collect your star rating and what you write. Reviews go live straight away, unless the automatic spam check flags one, in which case we check it first. It is shown with the name you give (you can use your DJ, brand or venue name) and what you are, for example DJ or venue. A published review is public. To have yours changed or removed, ask through the enquiry form.
If you send us an idea using the "Got an idea? Tell us." box, we receive your idea by email, with your name and email address only if you choose to give them. We use them only to read your idea and, if you gave your email, to reply.
What this site doesn't do
No advertising trackers, and no usage analytics unless you allow cookies.
No advertising or tracking cookies.
No social media pixels or embedded social feeds. Our Instagram and TikTok links are plain links: nothing from those platforms loads unless you follow them.
03Client accounts
If you're a client, we can set up an account for you on this website so you can track your projects. We email you an invitation, and you choose your own password. Accounts are only for clients, and you can ask us to close yours at any time.
What your account holds
Your email address, which you use to sign in, and your name if we add it to your project.
Your password, which is handled by our login provider, Supabase. It's stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form, and we never see it.
Your projects: their details, milestones and status.
Your invoices: their numbers, amounts, dates and whether they've been paid.
Progress and engagement figures that we add, such as each project's progress and its views, likes, comments, shares, saves, follower change and link clicks.
Files: the ones you upload, such as photos, videos, artwork and documents, and any we share with you, such as content we've made.
Who provides it
Client accounts run on Supabase, which provides the login, the database that holds your projects and invoices, and the storage for your files. Supabase stores this data in the region we chose when we set it up: London, United Kingdom. Each client can only see their own projects and files. Only HousePulse can see every account. The client login page loads Supabase's login software from jsDelivr, a public code-delivery network, which receives your IP address and basic browser details when the page opens.
Staying signed in
When you sign in, your login session is kept in your browser's local storage, so you stay signed in as you move around your account. This is strictly necessary for the account to work. It's only stored once you sign in, and it's removed when you log out.
Your files
We use the files you upload or send us only to create and run your campaign, including any promotional content you've asked for. We post them, or content made from them, only with your agreement.
Closing your account
Use our enquiry form to ask us to close your account. We'll delete your login and the files you uploaded, and keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices (see how long we keep it).
04Cookies and storage
This website doesn't set any cookies of its own. It uses your browser's storage in four small ways, all strictly necessary for the site to work as you've asked:
Your cookie choice (allow or decline) is remembered in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask on every visit. It contains no personal information.
The DJ decks remember one setting: whether their mini player is open or collapsed. They keep it in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device. It contains no personal information.
Client accounts keep your login session in your browser's local storage, but only once you sign in, and it's removed when you log out (see section 3).
Client accounts also remember which of your projects you last opened, in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy to allow cookies. If you allow them, Microsoft Clarity is switched on (it sets cookies to see how the site is used), and the decks play club tracks through SoundCloud's embedded players, and SoundCloud may set its own cookies once you press play. If you decline, the decks play the HousePulse crate, which comes from this website and sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Section 5 has the details.
You can clear cookies and site storage at any time in your browser's settings.
05The DJ decks and music
The decks play in your browser. Their effects, and any track you load from your own device, are processed on your device. They don't use your microphone and don't record anything.
SoundCloud. If you allow cookies, or choose the SoundCloud crate on the decks yourself, the decks play a crate of club tracks through SoundCloud's embedded players. Nothing from SoundCloud loads until you press play, and the decks say so next to the play button. Once it loads, SoundCloud receives your IP address and information about your device and browser, and may set its own cookies. SoundCloud handles that information under its own privacy and cookie policies, not this one.
The HousePulse crate. If you decline cookies, or switch crate yourself, the decks play tracks stored on this website. They only load once you press play, and they come straight from this website, like its images, so no third-party service is involved.
If you load a track from your own device, it plays locally in your browser. It's never uploaded to us or anyone else.
We don't receive any information about what you play on the decks.
Data protection law says we need a lawful basis for each way we use personal information. Here's what we do with yours, and the basis we rely on.

08International transfers
Our providers may process your information outside the UK, including in the United States. Supabase stores client account data in the region described in section 3, but like our other providers it may process some information elsewhere, for example to provide support. When information is transferred outside the UK, the transfer relies on safeguards that UK data protection law recognises:
UK adequacy regulations, which recognise that a country gives personal information an adequate level of protection. For the United States, this covers companies certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU's standard contractual clauses.
If you'd like to know which safeguard applies to a particular provider, ask us through the enquiry form.
09How long we keep it
Enquiries, and emails or messages about them
How long:Up to 12 months after we were last in touch, unless you become a client.
Client records
How long:For as long as we need them to provide our services, then for as long as the law requires us to keep tax and accounting records (usually six years).
Client accounts and the files you upload
How long:While you're a client. When you ask us to close your account, or once we've finished working together and no longer need them, we delete your login and your uploaded files, and keep only the client records described above.
Spam submissions
How long:Deleted promptly.
Website request logs
How long:Kept by Hostinger under its own policies.
When we no longer need information, we delete it.
10Security
We take sensible, practical steps to protect your information:
Access to enquiries and client information is limited to HousePulse.
The accounts we use are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification.
Client accounts use Supabase's login. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form, and each client can only see their own projects and files.
We use reputable providers, and this site and its form are served over HTTPS, so what you send through the site is encrypted in transit.
No website or email service can be made completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive information we haven't asked for.
11Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
Access
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Rectification
Ask us to correct information that's wrong or incomplete.
Erasure
Ask us to delete your information, including closing your client account.
Restriction
Ask us to limit how we use it, for example while we check a correction.
Objection
Object to us using it where we rely on legitimate interests.
Data portability
Ask for the information you've given us in a common, machine-readable format, or ask us to send it to another organisation.
Withdrawing consent
Where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Some of these rights only apply in certain situations. For example, we may need to keep records the law requires. If a right doesn't apply, we'll explain why.
How to use your rights
Use our enquiry form and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We'll reply within one month. If your request is complex, or you've made several, we can take up to two more months, and we'll tell you if we need to. Making a request is usually free.
12Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator:

14Children
Our services and this website are aimed at adults: DJs, event promoters and venue teams. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has sent us their details, tell us through the enquiry form and we'll delete them.
15Automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you using only automated means, and we don't profile you. Decisions about enquiries and campaigns are made by us.
16Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when the way we handle personal information changes, for example if we start using a new service. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top.
